**Cancellation Policy** Please read carefully before booking: * **No-Call/No-Show:** A **100% fee** of the scheduled services will be charged for any no-call/no-show. * **Late Cancellations:** A **50% fee** of the scheduled services will be charged for any cancellations made **within 48 hours** of the appointment time. I understand that emergencies happen — we’re all human. If an unexpected situation arises, please reach out as soon as possible to communicate the circumstances. Clients with **habitual late cancellations or no-call/no-shows** without valid reason may be **restricted from booking future appointments**. This policy helps protect my time as well as the opportunities for other clients who could have reserved that appointment. Thank you for your understanding, respect, and cooperation.
